What's your definition for depression? What's your definition of overcoming depression? What's your definition of success?

The next step, once you have decided to take the step to overcoming depression, and you have committed to actually achieving success, is to take action. Tis no use deciding and committing if you don’t get up and do something about it.

In taking action, just do it. Feel the fear and do it anyway! Do not be attached to "the how" of doing it. Often, in trying to achieve goals, we sit, and sit, and sit, trying to work out how to do something…and we don’t take any action until we know how to do it. And of course, sometimes we never work out how to do something....so we stay sitting on the couch forever. Sound familiar?
