Time for depression treatment....& recovery! You've defined your problem in Step 1 : Uncovery. Now the good stuff! Let's look at ways to deal with the problem.

Step 2 is Recovery from Depression

What we have done is pulled together a whole lot of fantastic tools and information and natural cures for depression for you to access and implement. Remember, to change your life will require some effort and focus, and while you are depressed this will feel nigh impossible. Baby steps....and remember the goal, your vision.....once you get through the hard work and over the hump....it will be plain sailing.
So....while it will require some effort from you....only you can do it...and YOU are worth doing it for. Creating the new you will also require some financial investment from you...it's like starting up a new business...you will need to inject some funding to get the new you rolling. Now I know you may be reluctant to do this...or you may think I'll just scrimp on this bit and cut a corner on that bit. You can choose to do it this way...but remember, by committing your time, energy and money to the process of depression treatment, you are committing to achieving success. By only half doing these things, or saying you will just "try" them out a bit and see how you go...you are inadvertently saying you won't spend the time, energy or money required...that it's not worth the time, energy and money....and in that action you are only half committing to you and your recovery.

Bad choice - depression treatment As soon as the word "try" enters the equation you are destined for failure. If I say I will try to pick you up tomorrow morning at 9am....do you think I will be there at 9? I don't think so....in saying "try" I have given myself permission to be late. So in telling yourself you'll "try" to do these things and see how they go....you are giving yourself an out.

If I tell you I will be there at 9am....then I am committing to that.

So, as you know, the very first thing you must do on your road to recovery from depression, is to DECIDE you want to change and find solutions to your depression. And secondly, you must COMMIT to that change. Thirdly, you must ACT to create change. Spend a moment now to decide, commit and act on overcoming you depression once again!
