If you don't think you're worth it, nobody else will....and if you don't make the effort nobody else will either. Bottom line....it is up to you. Creating the new you will also require some financial investment from you...dealing with depression is like starting up a new business...you are the business...the business is the successful treatment for depression and the creation of a happy vibrant balanced healthy you! So, you will need to inject some funding to get things rolling. Now I know you may be reluctant to do this...or you may think I'll just scrimp on this bit and cut a corner on that bit. You can choose to do it this way...but remember, by committing your time, energy and money to the process, you are committing to achieving success.
